To join assistance session, click here.

Note: When you start SkyFex at the first time you may get a standard IE warning message about ActiveX Control installation. Press 'Yes' and follow the further instructions.

When you connected to SkyFex Remote Assistant you get six-digit Client ID. Pass the ID to an expert who provides assistance to you.

To leave the session, click "Leave Session" button.

We guarantee that data transmission does involve only desktop image content and nothing else. No personal information or files are transferred with SkyFex Remote Assistant.
